At the heart of the Sharp LCD Brushless is a high-torque brushless motor, offering efficient power transfer, reduced heat, and long-term durability. The machine runs smoothly at lower voltages while maintaining strong penetration when pushed, making it equally capable of soft black & grey work, bold traditional linework, and dense color packing.

 

An integrated digital LCD display provides clear, real-time voltage readout and fast, intuitive adjustment. Combined with a precision internal dampening system, the Sharp LCD Brushless minimizes unnecessary vibration while maintaining a strong, direct hit—improving control, comfort, and consistency during long tattoo sessions.

Preset Operating Modes

 

 

The Sharp LCD Brushless features three factory-preset operating modes designed around real tattooing workflows. No programming is required—simply set your voltage and the machine automatically responds based on the selected mode. Each mode is retained when the machine is powered on and off.

 

Liner Mode

Fast, responsive, and controlled. Designed for clean, crisp linework using small to medium round liners, making it ideal for 1–9 round liners. This mode delivers precision and consistency without excessive hit, perfect for controlled outlining and detail work.

 

Shader Mode

Balanced and smooth, built for black & grey, soft shading, smooth blends, and controlled color transitions. Shader mode offers consistent needle movement with reduced vibration and minimal trauma.

 

95 Cycle Packer Mode

Built for full color packing and maximum saturation. This mode delivers a strong, consistent hit ideal for dense fills, bold traditional tattooing, and bolder linework using larger groupings, performing exceptionally well with 7–14 round liners. Designed for artists who want solid saturation and confident needle drive in heavier applications.

 

 

 

 

Stroke Length Options

 

 

The Sharp LCD Brushless is available in three optimized stroke lengths, allowing artists to choose the setup that best matches their workflow:

 

3.8 mm Stroke

Balanced and smooth. Ideal for black & grey tattooing, soft shading, smooth blends, and controlled color work.

 

4.2 mm Stroke

A powerful all-around stroke designed for lining, color packing, and traditional tattooing.

Your Sharp LCD Brushless is covered by a 2-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal professional use.

 

If a manufacturing defect occurs during the warranty period, Hatchback Irons will repair or replace the machine at no cost, at our discretion.

This Warranty Does Not Cover:

 

 

• Drops, impacts, or physical damage

• Liquids, ink, or contamination entering the machine

• Tampering, modification, or unauthorized opening
