Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within (10) calendar days of delivery for a refund or house credit. 

*Removing the clear plastic seal will forfeit you ability to return.

 

Repairs

* Only CA Rotary & Hatchback machines can be sent to us for repair or warranty.  All other branded machines will need to be sent direct back to their manufacturer. 

 

STEPS FOR SENDING IN REPAIRS


• CLEAN YOUR MACHINE – remove any ink, blood, rubber bands, and O-rings.

• Include original proof of purchase (warranty repairs only).

• Package your machine in a small box or padded envelope to prevent damage during shipping.

• You MUST include a brief letter describing the mechanical problems you are experiencing.

• Please ship your machine with tracking so you know when your machine arrives.




REQUIRED INFORMATION FOR WARRANTY CLAIMS & REPAIRS


All machines sent in for warranty or repair must include the following:


• Full name

• Return shipping address

• Email address

• Telephone number

• Whether the return address is a residence or a business

• A brief description of the problem or issue with the machine


Machines sent without this information may experience delays or may be returned without service.
