Returns

You may return most new, unopened items within (10) calendar days of delivery for a refund or house credit. 

*Removing the clear plastic seal will forfeit you ability to return.

 

Repairs

* Only CA Rotary & Hatchback machines can be sent to us for repair or warranty.  All other branded machines will need to be sent direct back to their manufacturer. 

 

STEPS FOR SENDING IN REPAIRS

• CLEAN YOUR MACHINE – remove any ink, blood, rubber bands, and o-rings.

• Include original proof of purchase (warranty repairs only)

• Package your machine in a small box or padded envelope to prevent damage during the shipping process.

• You MUST write in a brief letter describing the mechanical problems you are experiencing.

• Please ship your machine with  tracking so you know when your machine arrives.
